Gaar, Hell they ARE "just sitting" on some. Hell, they will buy "some" for no other reason than to keep it out of the hands of an existing or potential competitor just in case it does have oil. You can "believe" anything you want is "relevant". You didn't refute a damn word of my post, did you? You just talked about what you "believed to be relevant".
