trying to subvert, and outright deny our Constitution.

You mean that you don't want democrats to follow in Boy Georges footsteps
and follow the republican example of the last eight years??  just a tad bit
hypocritical , isn't it??

The laws for succession are in place... regardless of why an elected
president is unable to serve.

ONLY a republican would think it necessary to ("having to write LAWS that
will prevent") bypass legislation and laws that are in place.
