McCain, short of the senate resolution that was passed (which, if you read the appendices covers Obamas birth as well) is no more eligible under the law that was in force at the time of his birth.
As to my support of the constitution you are the one that thinks the senate resolution is the same as a constitutional clause when dealing with McCain. I believe them BOTH ineligible under the laws at the times of their births.
