My kids are long finished with school so it has been a while since I got into learning what was going on. I'm straining my memory for the details in how they calculate the numbers - who they have to count and who they can ignore. I know there are deeper analysis out there on the web. Like if they are in Jr high but drop at the point of entering high school, they are not counted. Then you have to add in the private school kids. I bet the number is more closer to public schools only finishing maybe 40%. I will have to go back and look it up. I don't have time right now but will do so later.
