Isn't your biggest crop oranges? I think migrant workers get processed with what they call 'green cards', but it has always been a very inefficient system so many come in illegally. There was a news report the last few days that with Trump's crack own on illegals, migrant workers are not coming in, and so growers in Florida are having trouble hiring and they were predicting crops rotting on the vine.
