I agree Gaar, The Honorable Barclay R. Surrick, a Clinton Appointee was the Judge who ruled upon the initial Complaint in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Although Judge Surrick based his determination in part on a previous Supreme Court ruling, the issue at hand is not exactly on point, and although I understand the Court's rationale, I strongly disagree with it. This is the same revisionist, "legislate from the bench/Living Constitution" crap that our Nation is frought with, and exactly the kinds of jurists of the Ginsberg mold that President elect Obama intends to stack the Supremes with....
