I don't know that I would go so far as to call this a constitutional crisis, but it is clear to me, that if the allegations are true, and I believe them to be, I think the evidence is overwhelming after looking at it, that Senator Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be President, and every American, once they learn of this fact, should be outraged that the media didn't cover it, that Judge Surrick didn't immediately put a stop to this campaign back three months ago, and let the chips fall where they may.
Of course, there is the theory, and this could very well be true, that Franklin Davis was, "Da Baby Daddy", and that might in fact be the "out" if the Supremes do what they are required to do.....
