Here's another way to look at it: I was also wrong about McCain. In
fact, many of my recent predictions have fallen into the tank.

Granted, Berg believes he has a case. But after reviewing the law on
this, it's now my belief the court is simply waiting for a few
citations from Obama in response. And there's a ton of them. I went
cross-eyed from just the reading. Not to mention that afterwards I
felt like a partisan jerk.

I'm no longer willing to unseat a president based on a highly
questionable technicality. Even Berg admits that although Barack was
born in Kenya, his mother's intent was that he be born in the US. But
was prevented from boarding a plane because of airline policy.

Again, the related case law relies heavily on "intent."
