Einstein was an agnostic, he referred to religion obliquely, ("Science
without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind") he did
not believe in a personal god,

Not only was Einstein an agnostic a scientific genius and a committed
humanitarian, he was also an overt and committed advocate of Marxist
socialism as the only way that the human race can extract itself from
the horrors of war, poverty and religious mysticism.

Like Einstein, I believe that everything has the potential to be
understood. How did we get from the caves to the moon, through the
belief in God? How many heretics were burnt at the stake for
suggesting the sun was the centre of the solar system and not the
earth?

advocate of socialism, so was one of its greatest literary minds Oscar
Wilde.

In The Soul of Man, Wilde argues that, under capitalism, "the majority
of people spoil their lives by an unhealthy and exaggerated altruism—
are forced, indeed, so to spoil them": instead of realising their true
talents, they waste their time solving the social problems caused by
capitalism, without taking their common cause away. In a socialist
society, people will have the possibility to realise their talents;
"Socialism itself", Wilde writes, "will be of value simply because it
will lead to individualism."
When considering perspectives there is no comparison.
Amassed on the one side are the the greatest minds of history and on
the other are the reactionaries despots and fools.
