The land on which you claim there was no nation was populated by
Palestinians under the colonial rule of Great Britain. The establishment of
Israel took place after Zionist death squads commited massacres of whole
towns of Palestinians in order to scare people off the land (look up the
Massacre at Dir Yassin).
Thus Israel was established on GENOCIDE and ETHNIC CLEANSING which is
neither legal nor moral.
As to holding the Israelis hostage to the sins of their fathers, even
the Jews concede that stolen property must be returned no matter how long
ago the theft occured- aren't Swiss banks and Germany still paying
retribution to the Jews wronged in WWII? Well theft of Palestinian lands and
establishment of Israel is a more recent occurance.
