So, an admission that there was no government located where present day Israel exists.... Thank you.
The fact that the near-by ME countries will not allow Palestinian immigration should tell you that even Arab states do not find Palestinians to be acceptable citizens or worthy of humanitarian safeguarding... they are a pariah to their own race. They are supported only as long as they don't cross the border into another Arab state. As far as your assertion that Genocide occurred, there have been equally horrendous acts from both sides with the difference being Israel is a nation that has LEGAL standing to defend a land that is LEGALLY theirs. One must live within society and assimilate to the rule of law. To do otherwise is to accept the role of "outlaw" and be hunted. There is no ban on the peaceful practice of Islam within Israel. There is no ban on an Arab voting in Israel. There is no ban on an Arab owning land in Israel. There is no ban on Arabs being citizens of Israel. Just how long do you think it wise to wage war from school yards and hospitals ?? Even the Palestinians from West Bank are decrying the actions of the Palestinian Hamas of Gaza. The only ban existing between the Palestinians and the Jews is that of accepting peace as an intelligent course of action by two peoples with equal and historical claims on the territory which predate the Christ and Muhammad. Israel is indeed a legally established nation. Palestine could be if it ever chose to lay down its arms and act in good faith treating its neighbors with the basic respect given any neighbor.
