Had Israel "targeted" the building there woud be far less of it standing. That is a fact. They targeted the lawn area where the rocket launchers were located. Simply compare the damage on one side to the lack of it on the other. Oh, by the way they targeted that lawn with artillery, they "obscured the are (US government term from their use in fallujah) to confuse the zonal inhabitants and restrict use of exit points" All perfectly legal and abhorrant.
