To anyone trying to justify Israeli actions in Gaza, splitting hairs about
whether the bombs were "next to" or "on" the schools and hospitals or
whether or not the guidlines for use of phosphorus bombs on heavily
populated areas are vague or not just highlights the weak position of the
Israeli War Criminals. If these weak arguments are the best they have to
fall back on, you know they have no case.
And for the post that tried to defend the israelis by saying the Americans
did it first in Fallujah and that Bush Administration officials would have
to be tried before the Israelis- I say: two wrongs don't make a right. And
you are ABSOLUTELY right. They should ALL be tried for war crimes.
And for the post that said that if a child has a gun he becomes an enemy
combatant and for all the talk of "parental responsibility"- I say: have you
seen the number of INFANTS killed and maimed (During the Gaza offensive and
even before). Were they out on the streets were guns in their hands too?
Let's just call it as it is. You cannot help the Israelis but supporting
them blindly in anything they do. If you really cared about them, you would
want them to be able to live in peace with their neighbors. And the only way
to do that would be to give back all the land they have stolen, appologize
for past deeds, bring Criminals Against Humanity and War Criminals to
justice, do away with the rascist terrorist state they have established and
live side by side in one truly democratic state (the two state solution is
both unfair and unattainable).
Peace may come to the Middle East along those line. Jews, Christains,
and Muslims have coexisted in peace in the region for hundreds of years. The
establishment of the Zionist State of Israel is what sparked all the death
and destruction.
