Frankly Mark, when a poster is a consist baiter, you in fact should
single him out to the exclusion of those who respond to him in kind
WHEN the moderators fali to stop the civil discussion killing
baiting...    And Mikey was that and did that...  It is called if the
rulers refuse to act the people should..

Instead of thinking you nipped something in the bud, you in fact
ALLOWED it to become an issue where individuals had to do your
OFFICIAL moderating...    We all have been on too many boards not to
know this...
