Hey Darlin', How would you feel about establishments being able to declare themselves smoking or non-smoking ??
Smokers don't enter non-smoking establishments and non-smokers don't enter smoking permitted establishments. Shouldn't everyone be able to be accommodated and have a choice as to where to go without government interference (again) in a legal pursuit ? I agree that malls, stores, and Government buildings should be smoke free as it is not possible to segregate in these places.
