I don't have a problem with that. The problem prior to the ban was 'every' restuarant allowed smoking. If it were divided up and there where an equal number of licenses for smoking and non smoking establishments( I don't want to drive 12 miles to find a smokefree place) that would be an equatablesolution. But until that would happen...I'm enjoying the clean air.
