Was not primarily talking about EPA in its primary function. I was talking about the other things that EPA has dabbled with that weren't in the initial writeup. I was also talking about all the entitlements from the Great Society that have not worked but still keep getting all the funding and increases at the same time.
BTW between looking though a couple of hundred emails, baking bread, making bagels, cooking spaghetti sauce and soups to freeze and reading the news from the cities where I have lived, you come about the bottom of that list. I get to you when I get the time. Anyway, my major problem with the liberal and progressive mindset is that they seem to spend more time trying to define more and more entitlement groups and "minority" groups and disadvantaged groups to give productive citizens' money to while making it harder and harder for the productive citizens to justify working so hard. The Great Society is a poster child of that mindset as if the CRA and redlining that Bambi and ACORN are so involved with (remember that Bambi sued my ex-employer back in 1991 to force them to make these bad loans that he is now campaigning on - and campaigning is mostly what he is doing).
