To say a government should or should not legislate in a specific area of human behavior often is an attempt by someone to impose their "morality" on other unwilling citizens... Fights over abortion, when life starts, torture, war, discrimination public spending priorities, sex education in schools, requiring parents to take kids to doctors ALL are examples of some group seeking to impose their morality on you Mark...
