Dial-up is the only service available since the government-backed
monopolies of phone and cable companies have prevented a Wi-Max system
to be installed.  A three-minute video takes half-an-hour to load at
best.  9.5 hours just to load a new version of I-Tunes and even then I
had remain vigilant because my server disconnected me after eight
hours.
Some of us still live in dinosaur land.  :-)
