Then what's your issue? You're contradicting yourself and trying to have it both ways. Greece didn't degenerate into Democracy, it simply updated it's Constitution, which is something you oppose. This is part of the problem I have with people who think the Constitution shouldn't be changed, and that no one can possibly be smarter than the founders.
