Again, our Republic is based on Democracy, not the other way around.

Democracy?
The so-called constitutionally LIMITED US "Republic" merely
has some democratic processes.
A democracy, of course, is rule by mob; majority; 50%+1.
Each Branch has only a HANDFUL of enumerated functions -- some
of which employ a democratic processes to fulfill.

Authority derived through mass meeting or
any other form of direct expression. Results
in mobocracy. Attitude toward property is
communistic ... Attitude toward law is that
the will of the majority shall regulate,
whether it is based on deliberation or
