Tommy, Tommy, Tommy,

I don't live in nor do I benefit in any way from, the USA. But since I am a
citizen I must now switch my healthcare program and buy the US policy or
face penalties. I have full health/hospital insurance here in Costa Rica.
Please explain why I need insurance in a country where I do not live, visit
or even cross over on a plane. Then explain why I must pay for yours (or any
one elses') as well.
