After getting dressed she slipped down the back stairs to make a cup of herbal tea, not even aware of what was going on outside.  She took her tea cup back upstairs and was in the control room waiting for Derek to turn up, sipping her tea as she did some preliminary reading.   Derek entered the Control Room and went over to where Alex was sitting, giving Philip a quick look and seeing him already busy and not wanting to disturb him and then back at Alex, sitting in the chair at the console next to hers.  He was wondering how she was dealing with seeing the sephlicurs again and everything together, even as he handed her the towel Julia had given him.   "How are you holding up?"
