Kat tilted her head to the side for a moment while she worked out what
"elope" meant.  "You mean getting married?  When?  You really want me to
help pick out stuff?"  The little girl was so surprised she dropped the
candy she was holding back in the jar.

"Elope, remember? sneaking out and getting married." Julia grinned as she
reminded her, sticking a lollipop in her mouth and grinning at Kat's
surprised reaction "Of course we do -- what else is the flower girl supposed
to do?

"And," she lowered her voice "You have to elope with us.  We have to have
the flower girl there."
