"Number 12 Elizabeth Drive," the little girl said by rote memory. It had been her
address all her life, well for as long as she could remember an address anyway.
Though that was a long time, it also helped that the street name was the same as her
middle name and the Queen's name. Though it was named for the first one and not the
current one. She looked up at Derek her voice still soft. "Ginny," she replied in
answer to his question, hugging the bunny closer. "Where's this," she asked timidly.
"This is my home." Derek answered, sitting in the chair beside the door at a distance.
For now the girl was comfortable with Julia and he didn't want to scare her more than
she already had been. Then he added the next bit, remembering how Kat had reacted in
that she thought the idea was 'cool' "We're on an island."
Julia looked at Philip and grinned at what Derek said before looking back at Alyssa
"I'm going to send my friend Philip to go and try and find your mom now, okay? He's
going to look up your address and your mother's name. How about until he finds out,
you come with me downstairs for some breakfast? You must be hungry."
