"Well, okay," Kat said reluctantly. She felt kind of wierd about this
"man." She took Nick's hand and left with him, glancing back at Julia
worriedly. "I still don't think my mom would like this."
"She will when she finds out he's the one thing that can stop what's after
Alex." she mumbled to herself as she headed downstairs to feed the bohemoth.
Dominic was already there, looking at the same one with a leery gaze before
turning to Julia with evident relief.
"He's okay." Julia assured him.
Dominic nodded once "And Doctor Corrigan is here as well."
Joy.
Julia got some things from the fridge and set them down in front of the
Soulchaser and asked Dominic to bring the breakfast food up to the
television room for them to start with the message she was going to be
speaking with Derek and the others.
"Try not to scare anyone else before I get back." she quipped before heading
out.
There were some days one really did resemble the chicken with the cut off
head, she thought. And today... cluck cluck.
