Here' s one going from bad to worse.  First release was as member of band
Blackjack, first solo albums under name of Michael Boloton and finally
shortening it (name, not recording career unfortunately) to Michael Bolton.

Also  due to bad speed on the mastering,  Billy Joel had his first Columbia
recording, Cold Spring Harbor, recalled.  Sounds like the chipmunks on
helium.
