yes, i can/could. I think I even decreased it to 1h now. But if I set this to a 
very
short time and there is a hiccup in the network, the internal server sends lots 
of
"mail delivery delayed". Thus I like to keep the threshold to something >1h so 
that
notifications are only triggered if there is a serious network problem.

That is an interesting way to come to this conclusion :) but the conclusion is 
in
fact true: the internal server currently is not Postfix.
