I am not an expert.

I use rspamd with postfix. Rspamd does greylisting, rbl, antivirus with clamav, dkim signing, anti-spam(of course). So it is just postfix and rspamd for the smtp part.

I heard mailcow is very good but have not used that. I use ispconfig.
