Hey, finally a few that use rspamd (and some using amavis/spamassassin AND 
rspamd)!

Thanks to all you folks for chiming in. I just wanted to see what some current 
pre-packaged options are so that I could poke at what they're bundling and 
(hopefully) a bit of a "why" on each. This is a great haul, and in a few months 
you'll see me bring this thread back from the dead with a little summary of 
what I cobbled together from a few of these attempts at unifying a bunch of 
open source mail stuff into one big ball of mail goo. Thankfully I currently 
have zero interest in contacts, calendars and all that stuff.
