Sure, if all remote mail goes to the same place. Anything that causes
the domains in question to resolve to the same transport:nexthop.

Wouldn't the local postfix simply pass along the entire message with all
recipients, barring max recipients per message settings, to the relayhost ?
He said he already did that on the first (local) postfix, hence my
response to configure the transports on the second (relayhost) machine.
