Postfix sends:

        220-myhostname ESMTP

Postfix waits $postscreen_greet_wait seconds.
Bad SMTP clients will greet before $postscreen_greet_wait seconds
have passed.

        220 myhostname ESMTP

Good SMTP clients will greet now.
