smtp_generic_maps can be used on a specific master.cf transport to
control rewriting to a specific destination.

# transport_maps
hdqmta.example.com  hdqmta

# generic_htqmta
@example.com  @hdqmta.example.com

# master.cf
# copy of standard smtp transport
hdqmta  unix  -   -   n   -   -   smtp
  -o smtp_generic_maps=hash:/etc/postfix/generic_htqmta
