What do you mean?  I've been running 8.6 on several machines since 
it's release... QT works great.  I've used QT4 and QT5 w/ no problems.

What version of QT are you running?  If it's anything before 4, you 
really should upgrade! (If you have QT3 Pro, QT4 Pro is a free 
upgrade).
