Exactly! I trust you.

But dummy me - I still bought (actually, it was a gift - but THEY bought it!) another one. A new C64 which prints only black and cyan - no yellow or magenta.

I have owned two epson printers..bought an extended warranty on the first

paid me to take it. On the printers I had, the jets were part of the printer
directly below the ink cartridge feed. When they dry out nothing seems to
get the jets clean again. There were some home made remedies I tried plus a
few of my own nothing worked. Seems they designed those printers to use a
steady stream of ink. If I didn't use mine every day the jets would start to
clog. I now own two HP printers where the jets are part of the ink cartridge
itself. When one clogs up at least I have the option of throwing it away and
getting a new one. Which by the way I have never had to do.

Bill

Trust me on this one.
