I believe the problem would be resolved with a USB power hub. I have a
wacom pad and mouse, external HD and flashcard reader connected via a 4 USB
powered hub without which the wacom tablet won't work.

I'll bow to Michael's superior knowledge ... But, since it prints with the other USB peripherals, I wouldn't think it was the card. In my case, I had conflicts and frustrations with a USB hub, but just said, "@#$%^ it" and didn't bother to mess with it. It probably was "Cockpit trouble" on my part. Try the USB hub first.
In Calif., I have a PCP210 with a USB card, that uses an Epson Ink jet printer. It is slow loading but prints OK. EXCEPT, it wouldn't print my complete 2003 income tax forms (the last [EMAIL PROTECTED] year I'll waste my time with INTUIT crap by the way).
If the USB hub didn't solve your problem .... Check with Epson. They may have a fix.

Did you run an extensions conflict Test with Conflict Catcher or Extensions Overload?
