1)  Does your site have an empty pockets policy for entering the RRA?
 
No
 
2)  Does your site have an empty pockets policy for exiting the RRA?
 
Yes
 
3)  Are RadWorkers allowed to use the SAM when exiting the RRA for personal items?  Yes
 
     - What items are considered personal?
 
Paperwork, pocket contents, gloves – No Tools, No Equipment
 
 
4)  Does you site allow personal gloves to be monitored in and out of RRA?  Yes
 
     - Who performs the monitoring?  Radworker
 
 
5)  What restrictions do you place on routine/standard tools entering and exiting the RRA?
 
 Per procedure they are not to be brought into the RCA if they will subsequently need to be released
     - Is this delineated in your procedures?
 Yes
6)  Are RP Techs responding to PCM or SAM alarms required to wear rubber gloves?
Yes (Surgeons gloves)
