Subject: Powernet questions

Does your station survey all tools returned to the RCA tool room / tool crib
for contamination?

IF so...
Does your station use a tool monitor / SAM as part of the survey process?

IF so...
What set point is used for the tool monitor / SAM?

Are surveys performed by RP Technicians or tool room craft?

IF RP Technicians...
Is this task routinely assigned or by request?

Are unsurveyed tools ever available for craft use or segregated until surveyed?

Respectfully,
