Since they were first used in the mid-1980s, video cameras in cop cars have not only
been used as a valuable training tool, but they've given us all a rare glimpse into
the real world of police work. From unbelievable acts of violence... to incredible
acts of heroism. From everyday verbal abuse... to an officer's abuse of power.
Virtually anything cops say and do can be caught on video.
John Seigenthaler hosts.

MSNBC INVESTIGATES: USE OF FORCE: COPS CAUGHT ON TAPE 2
According to criminal justice experts, police shootings are so rare, the average
officer would have to be on the force 400 years before using his service revolver in a
fatal shooting. Even so, it seems to play out the same: officers sensing no other
alternative fire their weapons, leaving the public and the suspect's family asking why
deadly force had to be used at all. So when are police justified in using deadly
force? And when should their actions be prosecuted?
John Seigenthaler hosts.

MSNBC INVESTIGATES: BABIES FOR SALE
More than two million married couples in the United States are not able to have
children on their own. Some of them though, can afford to adopt. But adoption can
drain new parents of all their savings, and the emotional cost can be staggering. The
fee for a private adoption averages from 15- to 30-thousand dollars -- and that's
often after expensive, failed infertility treatments. Many couples choose private,
rather than agency adoptions, because the waiting period for a baby is generally
shorter. In this documentary, we follow two couples whose failed attempts to have a
baby on their own have left all their hopes and dreams in the hands of strangers.
Will the road to happiness for the adopting couple instead lead to heartbreak?

WEEKEND MAGAZINE: VANCOUVER MURDERS
It may turn out to be one of the worst serial killing sprees ever -- but chances are
you've never even heard of it. It started years ago with the disappearance of young
women, one by one, from the heart of one of the most beautiful cities on earth. As the
years went by the list of those missing grew longer and longer. What was happening to
these young women? And, if police had started looking for the answer to that question
sooner, would more of them be alive today?
Keith Morrison reports.
3AM ET
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: THE GRIFTERS
Kenneth and Sante Kimes are a mother-son pair of, well, grifters, who got away with
