No, I don't think that it's set by that dialog box.

According to Luminous Landscape
(http://www.luminous-landscape.com/reviews/printers/2200-mystery.shtml),
Epson does supply different profiles specific to the paper types. However, I
didn't get the PIM software that they talked about when I purchased my
printer, so I don't have those profiles. I did get an Epson 2100 printer
profile when I installed the printer driver, but it's not paper specific.

George Lepp also has some custom profiles free to d/l at his site:

but too bad I'm only using matte papers.
