I'd say don't get Quark. It was not meant for photographers.

Colour Management ranges from impossible to really difficult and then
you need a rip to make your printer behave as CMYK aswell, or an
expensive XT.

InDesign does what you want. Out the box.
[except grayscale which has to be placed as RGB]
