When going to 'Print with Preview' in PShop 7.01 the initial dialogue box opens immediately but then when I select 'Page Setup' it takes 18 seconds for that box to appear. Going back out from the printer properties box is instant but when I get to 'Page Setup' again it takes another 18 seconds for the 'Print' box to open. My OS is W2K and the printer is attached via a USB 1.1 port - I always understood that USB2 devices were backward compatible - but maybe this could be the root of the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? If so has it been 'fixed' by installing a USB2 card. TIA Cheers NeilC
