John I guess from your web site you are familiar with working from helicopters and the difficulties just handling camera equipment when flying with the door off. You need to check this out carefully with your pilot; he may not allow you to use your mobile while flying. Also operating a mobile from a plane is said to play havoc with the cellular system which is designed for phones that are on the ground, which is also the reason you can be 99.9% sure of a good connection!
