That's a bit hard to say on a gradient wedge <g> but what I will say is that the 1160 with Fotonic is my preferred choice of the two (that's why it's the one with the CIS - it's the one that gets used most - in fact I had to do a bit of nozzle cleaning on the 1290 to do the test as I hadn't used it for a couple of weeks. In truth I only use it if I need to do a glossy print)
BTW - the only reason I have one of each is that I bought the 1290 when there were no OSX drivers for the 1160, but switched back to the 1160 as my main printer when the driver became available.
Any issues with the OSX driver for the 1160 at all?
Not as far as I'm aware. It all works for me.
