Perhaps you just did a quick read through?
The ECI_Offest_2004 download includes 4 press profiles and relevant pdf files.

The profile was generated using Heidelberg Printopen 4.0.5.2 with the
following settings: 
Black length  9 
Black width  5 
Total dot area  300% 
Maximum Black  100 %
