Thanks all for the assistance. Seems to be some type of firewire issue
when using OSX,10.3,, although I do not understand because I can run
OS9 out of the same machine, same connections without any errors. But
anyway, the Epson 2200 works fine when connected via USB, but not
Firewire( the Hub issue did not seem to be the problem). I get a
"communication error with the Printer" error message when connected via
Firewire. I will retry the firewire set up later.
One additional question...what is this gimp driver stuff ? How do I
know if one is installed?
.....and lastly when printing through Photoshop(7.0 in OS9) I had many
more options for printing than I seem to have in Photoshop CS under
OSX??
