Dave/Andy Just a thought but, when you updated to 10.3.6, did you use the full combo updater (~70Mb!!) or just the one suggested by Software Update panel? A number of problems reported on various Mac sites have been cured by running the full combo update, including some printer related ones. No guarantees, but it might help.
