For two companies so clearly the market leaders in their fields, and so clearly with products that need each other, to be unable to communicate and co-operate for the benefit of their common customer base has to be one of the great stupidities of the digital revolution. I hear from various sources that Adoobe have tried very hard to get co-operation from Canon and I am at a loss to understand Canon's intransigent attitude. But hey....whats it got to do with us? We're only the customers ! Mind you, if we weren't so keen to rush to new products before they're properly supported that might have some influence on the situation.
