  If you knew the exact angle, would rotating it exactly work for you?  That
is, you can use the 'measure' tool to draw a line down the subject to be
rotated.  For example, while the insert is selected, draw a measurement
parallel to what should be vertical ... and if you then ask to
'edit=>transform=>rotate', it will rotate in accordance with the measured
angle.
