I was reading the other day that a CEO in the USA gets compensation many times (100x, 200x) greater than that of an average employee. That's exactly what happens in the third world and opposite of what happens in Europe. I don't know about Australia and Canada, Japan and other parts of the world, but I'm curious. Does anybody know?
